Read in August 2015

1. The Virginity Club by Kate Brian

This was an interesting book that brought up a lot of different viewpoints on sex and virginity and purity.  It wasn't the best book in the world but I thought the scholarship in the book was a cool way to broach these subjects with teens.

2.  One in a Million by Jill Shalvis

The Lucky Harbor books are almost formulaic by this point, but still enjoyable.  This one was especially enjoyable because not only do you get to witness the growing romance between Callie and Tanner, but you get to learn more about the town gossip, the aging Lucille.  Overall a wonderful book to a wonderful series, in my personal opinion.

3.  It's In His Kiss by Jill Shalvis

This is the 10th book in the Lucky Harbor series.  I liked that the main character, Becca, had such a unique back story.  I also liked that her romance with Sam was pretty unexpected. You can catch my mini book review here.

4.  New York For Beginners by Susann Remke

I don't know about this book.  lol  I received a review copy from Netgalley in an exchange for an honest review, and it wasn't my favorite.  The story is very glamorous, which is fun, but the main character is a little annoying.  Part of me wonders if it is just that the translation reads differently from the original manuscript.

Until Next Time,
