What to do When Sleep Evades You

  1. Toss & Turn
  2. Write a bit
  3. Read a bit
  4. Try to watch TV
  5. Go back to writing
  6. Go back to reading
  7. Stare at the ceiling and think about life
  8. Look at your phone aimlessly
  9. Settle back into your bed
  10. Eat a piece of Halloween Candy that you had been planning to save for the next day
  11. Settle back into your book and fall asleep 5 minutes later
