10 Websites I Love That Aren't About Books

This week's Top Ten Tuesday prompt is to write about ten websites that you love that aren't about books so let's get started!

1. This Moxy - Rori writes about a lot of subjects that interest me.  I originally started following her on twitter because she makes zines, but now I love her blog too!

2. Believe in a Budget - Ever since I graduated college I've been interested in budget blogs and blogs about frugal living and this is one of my faves.

3. GOMI - I like this site because the forum posters look at blogs in a refreshing, realistic way and discuss them.

4. A Peachy Keen Day - I like Remi's blog because her art and art journals are so fun to look at.

5. Papered Thoughts - I've been following Rin for a couple of years now and her mail art is so beautiful.  She's also pursuing other creative endeavors now.

6. Embracing Simple - I like this blog because Christina focuses on simple living.  She has a lot of cool worksheets that she includes with her blog posts as well.

7. The NEO-traditionalist - I like Katie's posts because she introduces me to a lot of new fashions and designs.

8. Style on Target - Love this blog because it's a fashion blog that always incorporates something from Target into their outfits.

9. Letters in November - Nadia posts are all about journals and planners, which are two of my fave things!

10. Blots and Plots - Maybe this is cheating because sometimes Jenny does write about books, but mostly her blog is a space for talking about writing.  I love reading her thoughts on the publishing process.

Take care,
Marian

  1. I occasionally read GOMI (mostly the front page, but I sometimes lurk in the forums) too! It gets a little negative for me to read constantly, but every so often it's fun to snark on the big name bloggers and some of the ridiculous things they do and say :)

    1. Thanks for commenting, Gabby! I agree, it can get negative. I guess I just enjoy reading the speculation sometimes. That's probably why I like the imdb forums too. haha
