Goals for January 2017

One of the best ways to get things done is by setting daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals for yourself.  This year, I will be setting monthly goals for myself and publishing them on the blog so that I can stay accountable.  At the end of the month, I'll be checking in to see how I did!

1.  Finish editing Make Me Believe

This is something that has been on my to-do list since the beginning of December but I haven't quite gotten around to doing it yet.  This is my NaNoWriMo novel from 2015 and I'd really like to finish the edits this month so that I can continue to get it ready for self publishing.

2.  Finish Writing Write It Down eBook

This is a project based off of my Write It Down zine.  It covers the same information and goes more in depth.  I'd like to have the first draft written by February.

3.  Get to 300 Followers on Pinterest

This is my social media goal for the month.  There are so many pinterest courses out there and while I want to get more pinterest engagement and I have pinterest analytics, the only way for me to really track my development (without putting TOO much effort into it, because I do have a day job after all) is to track my followers.  As of January 1 I have 240 so there's a ways to go!

4.  One Good Thing

This is a project that I started a year or so ago, but I haven't kept up with it.  I pledge to write down 1 good thing about every day so that I can stay positive and motivated.

What are your goals for this month?

Take care,
