Prepping for Camp NaNoWriMo 2017

Writers!  Readers!  I have an announcement.

I will be participating in Camp NaNoWriMo again this year!

I'm definitely going into it unprepared.  I started mapping out my plot when we had that terrible snow storm the other week, but haven't done much planning since then.  Hehe.  But it will be alright.  I'm going for the slightly more manageable goals of 30,000 words which means that I only need to write 1,000 words a day.

Totally manageable.

In the meantime, I've been doing many things rather than working on my story outline.

→  Watching Season 3 of Grace & Frankie
→  Reading the books that I checked out from the library on Monday
→  Working on rewrites for Get Over It (The Amelia Chronicles - Book 1)
→  Enjoying time with my family, friends, and boyfriend.
→  Training for the 5k Color Run

And of course I have my full-time job Monday-Friday and I work 1 shift at my part-time job on Saturdays.  So all in all I'd say it's been a busy time since I last updated my blog.

I promise.  I'll try to be better.

Here's what's coming up:

→  Camp NaNoWriMo starts on Saturday
→  Reflections on March & Goals for April will be up on Saturday evening
→  I plan on updating my blog every day (even if it's just a paragraph) in April to document the Camp NaNoWriMo process.

Big goals.  BIGGER DREAMS!

Take care,
