A Day off In Philadelphia: Taking a Break From Work & Looking for Inspiration

Hello friends! I'm popping into the blog today with a small personal update. On Tuesday I took a 1/2 day from work and went to Philadelphia with one of my friends to see Jukebox the Ghost play at Union Transfer. It was a lot of fun and I got to experiment with my new camera. I'll be posting a little video to Youtube this weekend with some of my footage (as well as an update on my monthly goals) but here are some of the photos in the meantime!

All in all a pretty cool day! We parked by the venue (Union Transfer) when we got into town and explored all over. My favorite was getting to walk around the art museum and visiting this cute little used book shop called Book Corner.

It was nice to have the afternoon off work. I love visiting cities because when I come home, I feel refreshed and full of new ideas and inspiration. I'm glad that I still get to visit Philadelphia even though my brother doesn't live there anymore.

More soon! I'm working on a little video for my Youtube Channel about the different things that I saw during our trip.

Yours truly,
Marian Elizabeth
to keep up to date with all my latest ramblings! :)
